swipes: a friendr meme
swipes: a friendr memeAny new arrival to the city has seen the ad for a free app popping up on their devices, and anyone who's been around for a while probably has a profile and has used it a bit. It's almost universal in the city - Friendr, a friend-finder and/or dating app. If characters choose to install it, they will fill out a short bio and parameters for what they're looking for, upload a snap of themselves, and then proceed to browse for matches. This is a typical swipe-left-or-right type app. The default color scheme can be seen below, but the Friendr app has a wide variety of themes, so feel free to customize with colors and patterns as you see fit, but do not remove the credit line out of respect for the creator of the code.

1. I have no idea where they got 'pretty people' from.
2. Anything I can do with alchemy, repairs, fighting monsters, building something.

2. Repairs! That's actually really useful skill to have. Sadly, I have none of it :(

On my world anyone has the capacity to learn alchemy, but the drive to study and perfect that skill is important.

Yeah, like what? Where I've been it's always portals or gods. The god here is taking a pretty lengthy nap, so that leaves us with the portal. If you've got other suggestions I'm all ears.

Depends on the realm. One uses a mirror, another prefers a tornado. Then there are the magic beans. Or you could travel by curse, though I wouldn't recommend that one.
