swipes: a friendr meme

Any new arrival to the city has seen the ad for a free app popping up on their devices, and anyone who's been around for a while probably has a profile and has used it a bit. It's almost universal in the city - Friendr, a friend-finder and/or dating app. If characters choose to install it, they will fill out a short bio and parameters for what they're looking for, upload a snap of themselves, and then proceed to browse for matches. This is a typical swipe-left-or-right type app. The default color scheme can be seen below, but the Friendr app has a wide variety of themes, so feel free to customize with colors and patterns as you see fit, but do not remove the credit line out of respect for the creator of the code.

Friendr base code is by photosynthesis.
● Post up a top-level for your character with their Friendr profile and then go around and swipe left or right on everyone else's!
● This meme is for characters already accepted into the game to window shop other characters' Friendrs while they're all gathered conveniently into one place.
● This meme is GAME CANON, so any threads played out in this meme can be carried through into the actual canon of the game.
● Since this meme is game canon, open, and only for characters in the game, threads here can be used for either Activity Points or the monthly Activity Check.

You're only twenty-three?
(Oh, my god. He's a baby. Lucretia forgets that people don't generally age the way she did i.e stay the same appearance wise for a straight century.)
i love one (1) lesbian
How old did you think I was?
SHE LOVES YOU TOO
I guess I'm not sure?? Thirty???
(HOW DO NORMAL PEOPLE AGE?? HELP)
no subject
I don't know if I should take it as a compliment, but I'm thinking about it.
[ He's at least a little like "I wonder if I could tell people my age is a typo and I've been 33 this whole time and they'd believe it for a minute". Finn doesn't prank, but he's slowly building up his arsenal for if someone ever instigates. ]
no subject
Out of curiousity, do you know how old I am?
(She can usually catch people out with this one, so maybe Finn'll muck it up and then she can feel justified in not being able to tell people's ages very well. Kinda like a zero-sum game, of sorts.)
no subject
Is it older than you look? Did you turn out immortal?
no subject
(He's ruining the surprise.)
Yes? Yes. Yes, both of those things are true but you still have to guess
no subject
is this maz kanata 2.0 and he didn't even know it? Time to guess wildly. ]
Okay.
Okay.
800.
no subject
Close
I am eight hundred and twelve.
no subject
I wasn't expecting that to be CLOSE, Lucretia! Since when were you not human?
no subject
Hmm? Oh, no, I'm just as human as you are. I fell victim to uh
A strange... time, thing
Has Taako never mentioned this to you?
no subject
[ Sometimes you know people for like 7 months and never really. Ask about their lives and stuff. He's picked up some from observation, some from Taako's rare earnest moments. Some from that one magic dreamshare thing that ended with a horror elevator. ]
In hindsight, it does add up pretty well.
no subject
(She's noticed that he isn't the type to go prying: it's because he's a polite young man. A polite twenty-three year old man. Istus that's weird.)
We got stuck in a time loop for a long time. During that time we were sort of immortal but
Well, now that we're out of it I guess we're... not any more. Sometimes it's hard to remember that?
no subject
[ Throw a little sass on there for flavor. You know. ]
It must have been a rough run. There aren't too many ways a person can figure out they're "sort of immortal".
no subject
Yeah it
(They'd buried Magnus, that first cycle he had died. They'd woken up to find him dead, having passed in his sleep and they'd buried him and held a small service and Lucretia had cried even though she'd only known him for a few months at best. It was just so horrible: he was so young, and he'd died so uselessly. Lup had held her hand.
And then he'd come back in the next cycle like nothing had happened, brought back by the bonds as if he'd never left: the black eye, the big grin, all of it. He'd been so surprised to find them all staring at him like they were seeing a ghost.)
was difficult at first. But we got there in the end. It became a very handy fail safe over time
Can people ever become immortal where you're from?
no subject
I met someone back home who'd been running a cantina for over a thousand years. She crawled across the table so she could stare at me better. Pretty weird person.
no subject
Not to be, uh, morbid, but you'd think being alive for so long would get boring after a while
(says the woman who just admitted to being around for more than eight hundred years)
no subject
Either way, I don't think there's all that much appeal.
no subject
Nah, probably not
I suppose if I ended up living forever I'd just try to... read every single book in the world, or something
You?
no subject
I don't know. I mean, I've got a war to win, but I haven't exactly planned anything out for after that's handled.
Maybe I'd figure out what my home planet is. See if I've got any family around. That definitely wouldn't take forever, though.
Might just get a ship and travel around. See what happened.
no subject
I've done enough travelling to last me a couple lifetimes but I wouldn't ever advocate against it; it was so much fun. If you can go with somebody, do
