swipes: a friendr meme

Any new arrival to the city has seen the ad for a free app popping up on their devices, and anyone who's been around for a while probably has a profile and has used it a bit. It's almost universal in the city - Friendr, a friend-finder and/or dating app. If characters choose to install it, they will fill out a short bio and parameters for what they're looking for, upload a snap of themselves, and then proceed to browse for matches. This is a typical swipe-left-or-right type app. The default color scheme can be seen below, but the Friendr app has a wide variety of themes, so feel free to customize with colors and patterns as you see fit, but do not remove the credit line out of respect for the creator of the code.

● This meme is for characters already accepted into the game to window shop other characters' Friendrs while they're all gathered conveniently into one place.

No one I would be against being stuck in a pocket dimension with.

( no dr. dooms lurking around corners that he's aware of. )

Considering all the alien invasions, accepting other dimensions wasn't too big of a stretch, although I'm sure there are some who still don't like the idea of it, it's a little hard to deny.

We didn't have alien invasions. I don't think. We had alternate histories. A few decisions that were different in that world and it created destruction.

You'd be surprised by what people can deny even when the evidence is in front of them.

Not surprised. Disappointed, maybe, but I'm far from being surprised by the stuff people deny nowadays.

And I'm not sure, but it seems like one. Usually, ripping through the multiverse wouldn't be something I struggled with, but I do here.

Usually I get frustrated instead of disappointed.

Dimensional travel isn't something I've experienced until recently unless portaling from one place to another counts as a version of it.

Why are you struggling with it here?

The portals here are picky, they don't let anyone just reach through them. You can only leave when they find your door back, not a moment before.

My husband makes portals, but they're not through dimensions.

What if you don't want to leave?

I wasn't even trying to leave, I was just trying to reach through. Still couldn't.
People leave all the time even without meaning to, I think.

Why would you reach in when it could close accidentally?

It didn't. It didn't let me reach through though either.
