[He misses things about their world, but... there's not a lot of differences to Fearun, and the only thing Taako loved he took with him.]

Guess I miss the sky, sometimes.

(It makes sense that he doesn't; after all, Lucretia is sure that was one of the reasons the seven of them were all picked in the first place. None of them seemed to have any real ties to their home planet outside of the odd familial relationship.)

I don't think that I would miss it if it wasn't gone. Is that messed up?

[spellslots]

Nah, that shit makes sense, doesn't it? If there was a chance of going back that'd be something to hold onto, but we know it's gone.

[Lup always hoped that maybe once they defeated the Hunger, things would return to the way they had been, but Taako isn't as much of an optimist.]

[scholiast]

I suppose.

(She's like Taako in that she can't quite bring herself to imagine that their home planet may come back after the Hunger is gone. Even if it did, they would have been gone for over one-hundred years: she'd have nobody to go back to.

Lucretia sighs over-exaggeratedly.)
