No, I learned how to be scary be scary to survive on the streets. I mastered it as I got older.

Nope, I mean some would argue I am simply because I get kickbacks from some of the major brass of Gotham for protection, and whats the Red Hood Gang without the Red Hood? But no, I was never in a gang myself.

Not a street gang anyway, I've been on teams that could be considered as such, simply because everyone a villain to someone.

Depends on who you ask. I think I am. I'm a necessary evil. I do what the heroes wont, and it saves lives even if it costs some scum theirs.
