He's always a little amused when people are baffled or alarmed by his summonable weaponry. He understands it's unusual, but despite having just seen them cut through something or slam into something, people always seem to have to touch them just to make sure they're really actually solid. It's kind of hilarious, he thinks.

As for his question...

"You know, I don't actually know," he admits, shrugging one shoulder. "The people I worked with were never terribly forthcoming with that sort of information, so I guess I just stopped asking." He shakes his head then. "It's less that I'm dreaming them up and more like I'm... 'calling' them?" Another shrug. "Another thing no one ever really explained. Getting the hang of it took a while, but wherever they go when they're not here, they're pretty good about coming when I call." He regards the stranger curiously. "You don't have anything like that where you come from, huh?"
