[ There were a lot of things Steve braced himself for because he knew to expect the unexpected in his new life but while he could roll with all kinds of punches, Bucky's words hit him square in the gut and left him reeling. A pure sort of pain flooded his face before he could stop it, his mouth hanging open a little bit.
