[ Duo is not typically the type to mess around in carnivorous plants – the science stuff was left to the scientists, he was just good at sneaking in to places and blowing them up. But when he’d been told there were fast growing, carnivorous plants trying to climb the outside walls? He’d had to see it for himself. Maybe not the smartest decision considering he was currently without the protective shell of his Gundam, but he’d gone anyway, long braid still swinging down his back even at the idea of acid.

Why can’t we just build a bomb and blow ‘em up? Or, you know, use some kind of beam weapon? Do neither of those exist around here?

[ Chocobos speed past and Duo makes a quick dive out of the way, a bit wide-eyed considering the speed at which they’ve passed by. It all makes him a bit wild eyed, hat tipped at an odd angle and no longer protecting his face or concealing it from the sun. He’d never seen creatures like chocobos before, and to him they’re just large, yellow ostriches.
