Sorry, EDI, Jintetsu's not a punny person at the best of times. It takes him a moment to realize a joke is being told, another to process said joke, and another to not laugh. She just gets a deadpan stare from both him and the eyeball in his sword hilt. Tough crowd, I guess.

He takes half a step back, though, when she moves to cut him off. "Spores?" He ... doesn't know what those are, but from context it's not too great a stretch to guess what she's referring to. He overhears a lot of conversations. "You talking about that green mist?"
