IV: Romance is in the air (or at least a free meal is.)
[The blond was never one to turn down anything like a free meal. She was especially never one to turn down a free meal when she was in a brand new place that she still didn't know well enough to get everything in. The best way to gain understanding, Julia had decided was to talk to people. So, this combined killing two bird with one stone, and had the added effect of perhaps giving her a friend with benefits. Relationships for Julia tended to be a no go area, so that was really all that she was interested in right now.
Her preferences were pretty simple in that they were so broad that they offered the best chance for some sort of match. After all, Julia was pansexual so she was open to whatever gender that the other person (or whatever, Jules didn't judge) happened to be, and she'd ticked the box of every other thing than asexual. It would do to mess with someone else's preferences that way.
When the woman slid into the chair across from someone, she was wearing a low cut black dress, and she'd missed a spot of blue paint below her right earlobe. Either way, she gave them her bright and slightly crooked grin before announcing with a faint New York accent:]
