Even if that's not what's being promised by the amusement park people, he is new in town so the less he has to pay to get to that deep fried goodness the better. [Barry understands that these animals are dangerous, but he's definitely not the type to kill these creatures on sight. There has to be another way to give them some space to roam where people aren't getting hurt. So those hunters who are actually trying to kill them may run into a bit of a problem when a flash of red and gold lightning runs around, either tripping the traps and scaring off the animals before they can get to them, or scooping the creature out of harms way and taking them somewhere safe, away from the city.

There's not a high chance he'll stay to talk to anyone, as he's trying to be stealthy, but if you catch him off guard enough, you can probably trip him up. It's not like he knows his way around yet.]
