[While not yet an official member of the guard, a certain bow-toting ninja has decided to get involved in the flooding situation. Whether he cares about the security of the city at large, well.. he hasn't decided that himself, but the monsters create a useful form of target practice, and the fact that he's keeping people safe is a secondary bonus.
He announces himself first with the sound of hands and feet clambering quickly through the branches nearby, then with the whizz of bouncing scatter arrows that zip in every direction before sticking one by one into the head of an approaching crocodile. A moment later Hanzo drops to the ground, straightening up with a huff of pride.]

[Unfortunately, soon after his arrival Hanzo becomes affected by the Guardians' auras. Since he doesn't really approach people in the first place, it isn't immediately obvious what's wrong... he just seems jumpy, like a generally paranoid person. People who don't step loudly enough may startle him, even if they come at him from the front, and he flinches in crowds when someone brushes his shoulder.
For nearly a week, Hanzo finds himself entirely blind, and his natural avoidance of being touched by strangers means it will take him a while to figure out how to fix it or even mention it to anyone. But if you see him stumbling around, hugging the wall and doing everything in his power to avoid showing weakness... it might be a good idea to help him out.]
