And then I got home and was asked to lead something completely different, but still requiring me to fight, or at least where I needed to stay focused and on task at all times. It helped me, I think. It was the same story - I had too many responsibilities to think too hard of myself and anything outside of day to day.
I know I want to keep helping people. But I'm worried about losing myself in it again.
