[Chibita's seen a couple glowing lights around town but has tried to stay relatively clear after the first incident. Unfortunately, apparently, his cart is not the safe haven he'd hoped it'd be. He's just crossed around the side of the cart to place the oden on the counter and climb up onto his usual seat next to Karamatsu his oden when the blue light washes over him, making his head jerk up to stare at the glowing mistletoe. His mouth jerks into an annoyed scowl]
