[Galaxia didn't need to get a costume or even dress up, she had that naturally in her transformed state. It wasn't even unusual for her to travel around this way -- adorned in all gold from head to toe giving her the appearance of wearing armor. What was unusual is how she could simply sit in a place and not have people running and screaming in fright upon seeing her.
It was almost like being back in time before her empire, when she was just a lost soul searching the galaxy for some place she belonged. A distant dream from long ago, and yet too similar to her current situation.
Right down to all the people in strange clothing walking around. She was no stranger to people from all different planets, but never really ran into so many different types on one world.
It was both interesting and odd all at the same time though she had a hard time believing all these different cultures were even worth having a festival over.
Ah well, at least the drinks were good and she had quite a few of them all littered around the table she sat at. If no one bothered her she would probably be there all night.]

[She held out a hand watching the rain splash onto her palm. No longer being transformed made the situation even more miserable. Her overly long hair was heavy and damp. And it was just plain irritating.
She could probably use her powers and make herself some sort of force field, but she was already wet and completely annoyed at the world. So she grabbed the umbrella of the first person to walk by and use that instead. There was no sharing involved. She just grabbed it and walked off.]
