So Tavernfest is a feast that he has hitherto never known, full of food and drink and costumes ranging from the hilariously awful to the actually good. He hasn't picked up a costume, himself, he's still just trying to find his feet in this brave new world that is definitely not New York, but already he's wandering around the taverns trying out their foods.
He is a little bit tipsy, at the moment. It's good, he's great, he's just tipsy enough to have roped in some poor sucker into a story about a party gone terribly, horribly wrong:]
—and that's why I'm banned from going near that frat house again. [He takes a sip of his beer.] It wasn't a big loss, it was pretty terrible there anyway.

Oh, shit—
[The worst thing about being dragged from one world to another is that the weather doesn't necessarily match. Like: just a week or so ago, spring had just started and Foggy was bundling up all the more, and now here he is and autumn is just beginning.
And it's brought the rain with it, too. And here he is with no umbrella (besides a bag that he is holding protectively over his head to keep the worst of the rain off) and some job-hunting to do. Desperate times, clearly, call for desperate measures, and so once he spots a large enough umbrella he ducks underneath, trying to shake the rain off his bag.
He sighs, turns to look at whoever he's sharing the umbrella with.]
Hey, are you going anywhere near the Riverview City Hall?
